Refund policy

Returns and exchange details:

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds and exchanges will only be offered if items are damaged in the shipping process. We do our very best to package our products as well as possible, but occasional breakage does happen. Please send us a picture of your damaged item and we will either re-cut and send you the item, or refund you the cost of the item. All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your delivery date.
